So…why am I doing this?
I’m a lot like you; however, I’ve also had some unique experiences. These led to insights that you’ll find extremely helpful. I worked full time when I was in EMT school and found the amount of content to remember and the skills I had to learn was going to make it impossible to reach my dream of being an EMS professional, I just didn’t have the time.
The same was true for paramedic school where I almost quit during cardiology because I just could not get the big picture of what was being taught..
I remember the day when everything changed for me. I started to go outside my comfort zone and look at other resources to help me, I buddied up to other paramedics and decided to focus on what was making me struggle.
I began to use time as a tool, not an enemy. I actually came across this from something outside of EMS.
Thanks to this journey, I discovered that having a plan for every part of my study efforts made it not just easier, it made it faster.
I realized that I didn’t have to re-read every chapter in my textbook to “get” the understanding I needed. I discovered that using a super focused method along with a little time trick eliminated my stress and improved my knowledge 10X..
I understand that having an EMS plan that lets you be better at EMS is paramount to your success.
I understand this challenge very well, and I pledge to help you develop your EMS skills, do it easier, and succeed while you enjoy the process.
And today, I want to help you get started.
